WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS FOR THE ONLINE STORE?

All e-mails and orders will be replied between 12pm to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays. 

Please note that we will not attend to any e-mails and orders over the weekends and public holidays.

For all e-mails, please allow up to 48 hours (exluding non-working hours) for us to get back to you. 

However, there might be days when we may take a little longer to reply all e-mails due to other events such as photoshoots, out of the country for sourcing trips and many other unforeseen circumstances. 

HOW OFTEN ARE PARCELS SHIPPED OUT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE?

SUPERGURL ships out all parcels everyday, excluding weekends & public holidays.

All payments that have been made before 5:00PM (SGT) will be mailed out the next day.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently, SUPERGURL only accepts all payments via DBS/POSB and UOB Bank Transactions, and Paypal Transactions for both local & international customers.

All transaction charges by PayPal will be fully absorbed by SUPERGURL.

For all bank ATM transferees, please remember to keep your receipt after you have transferred.
Please take a clear photo of your transaction receipt and attach it to the e-mail when you are about to submit your payment details with your Order/Invoice ID and e-mail address written.
We will not be able to process your order without a clear snapshot of the receipt.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

At the moment, we do not have a physical store. 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

Nope, most apparels seen on SUPERGURL are free-sized, and have been provided with the measurements of each product & a gauge of the range of sizes it can fit.

For items which have sizes, there will be an indication as well as the measurements of each size as stated on each product page.

WHY DO THE COLORS OF THE PRODUCTS APPEAR DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PHOTOS I SEEN ONLINE?

SUPERGURL puts in the extra effort to maintain the colors of our products as accurately as possible. 

However, if the color appears to be extremely different from the product itself, we will definitely take another close-up shot of the product seen under daylight.
The colors may also appear differently, depending on the callibration of your screen. 

We will not entertain returns/exchanges for such cases.

I HAVE MADE A FEW ORDER TRANSACTIONS CONSECUTIVELY. CAN I COMBINE THE POSTAGE CHARGES & GET A REFUND FOR THE EXCESS?

We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
