WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

The Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through WWW.SHOPSUPERGURL.COM.

SUPERGURL checkes every piece of apparel before we mail them out.
We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item, please take a snapshot of the item and forward to us at contact@shopsupergurl.com.

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the tag intact.  
Returns are accepted within 10 days from date of shipment.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of any/the item.

In the event that the item is out of stock, only a credit refund will be offered to you, otherwise, we will only accept a 'Return & Exchange' of defected goods.

For all 2nd returns & exchanges attempt, SUPERGURL will not provide any form of cash refunds. All transactions will be refunded in credit.
Reason being, our logistics department take pride in checking every apparel thoroughly before mailing the apparel out again.
Thus, SUPERGURL will not entertain any form of cash refund cases.

For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement. Thus, requests for exchange/return due to such reasons will be rejected.

Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches, or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight assymetry, slight misalignment of seams and 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels will not be considered as defects, and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.

Colors shown on screen may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications and resolution. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues.
Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected. 

Fabric materials are best described to our knowledge. Unless the description of the fabric differs a lot, a full cash refund will not be acknowledged.

For customers who were overseas during the first 14 days upon receiving your defected parcel, please produce the necessary documents so that we can process your case. (E.g Passpord Number & Scan copy of your passport with Custom Stamps)

For goods that were purchased using SuperGurl Store Credits, returns/refunds are strictly disallowed. Only Size Exchange will be allowed.

Special Cases: Customers who are eligible for Cash Refunds, the entire process will take 7 to 10 working days.


CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration, stains.
  2. Wrong merchandise size shipped.

WHAT IF THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT ME:

We do not do exchange for free-sized items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site. 
There may be a 0.5" to 1.0" difference in our given measurements.  In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect.

If the item does not fit you, only an available size exchange will be allowed, as we have provided measurements for every product.

We strictly do not allow returns/exchanges of items for customers who have used discount codes at check out.


HOW DO I RETURN THE FAULTY ITEM TO SUPERGURL:

Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.

SUPERGURL strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability, we will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.

Upon receiving the defective/faulty goods, SUPERGURL will reimburse the postage costs.

For items that are deem defected by SUPERGURL, we will exchange for the same item that is still in stock.

In the event that the item is out of stock, SUPERGURL will allow it to be exchanged to another item of equal or higher value (top-up required).

Alternatively, a full refund will be issued back to you.

For goods that were purchased using SuperGurl Store Credits, returns/refunds are strictly disallowed. Only Size Exchange will be allowed.


CAN I EXCHANGE IF I BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER RE-SELLER?

SUPERGURL will not be liable if you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange/refunds.

SUPERGURL aims to resolve all issues as soon as possible, however we need your corporation to tell us as soon as you discover the mistake.

Please include your order number and also as many details as possible about the problem and we will get in touch with you ASAP.
