Order and Delivery


All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and will be paid in Singapore Dollars as well. 

Once you have placed your order(s), you will receive an invoice from us immediately. Upon receiving invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24 hours timeframe.

Do note that your item(s) will not be secured until you check out your cart with your payment selection.

Please also check your junk/spam inboxes just in case any of our emails land up there.

Your order will be verified & mailed when the stocks arrive.
Please refer to the backorder product page for a gauge of when your item will reach you.


Currently, SUPERGURL only accepts POSB/DBS and UOB bank transfers and Paypal.

For all ATM payments, we will require a clear snapshot of the ATM receipt with your email address and order number written on it.
No refunds will be made in the event that the ATM snapshot cannot be produced.
SUPERGURL reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details. 
In order to secure your purchase, you must provide us with your payment details within the stipulated time frame as below:

All our local normal and international parcels are facilitated by Singpost.

All our local courier parcels are currently facilitated by RoadBull Logistics.

We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via RoadBull website. 

We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out. Currently, SUPERGURL only offers these modes of delivery.

Shipping fees may vary due to countries and handling charges will be imposed if it's a large parcel.
Comes with a tracking number provided by Singpost.

Local Delivery Within Singapore


1st item at $1.50, subsequent items at an additional $0.50 per item.

SUPERGURL will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with the mail service provider with regards to the missing packages.

We advise our customers to use registered mail to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps.


SUPERGURL currently offers a complimentary upgrade of postage to Registered mode once our customers hit the SGD$80.00 spending mark!

Registered mails usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days from the shipped date, excluding weekends & public holidays.

A.M Mail (via Letterbox) - UNAVAILABLE

A.M Mail delivery is currently not available.
A.M Mails are classified under urgent mails, and offers a delivery time of only 1 working day, & will be delivered no later than 11:00 a.m the next morning.

However it does not come with any form of tracking number.

If tracking of your parcel is required, we will recommend you to opt for Registered Postage service. 

Please also note that your parcel will only be shipped out of our warehouse within the next working day once your payment is verified.

What happens if I do not receive my A.M Mail parcel?

Please quote the A.M. Mail delivery note’s number (e.g. DS000001 or LB000001), date of posting, Sender’s and Recipients’ address and particulars via Contact Us.

We will investigate and revert to you on the outcome of our investigation.

However, there might be a possibility of the A.M. Mail being returned to us if the A.M. Mail is incorrectly and/or incompletely addressed, so please contact us for further investigation.

SELF COLLECTION (Local Singapore Customers)

Singapore customers now can opt for Self-Collection at the Supergurl Studios.
Please arrange an appointment before coming down. 
An e-mail will be sent to you a day before.

SUPERGURL ships internationally!
Currently, our company offers flat rate shipping to Malaysia at SGD$2.50!
It is a normal shipping that does not come with a tracking number.

Shipping charges are auto-generated by the system according to the location of your country, and are measured by weight.

Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days, however items can experience custom delays.

All international airmail parcels will be accompanied with a tracking code, you can track it at Singpost website.

Please keep in mind that SUPERGURL will not bear any taxes if your country decides to tax you on your purchases with us.


Please take note that SUPERGURL does not accept combined postage for backorder items as item will arrive at a different timing.

Therefore there will be two separate shipping calculations done by the system, which will be decided by you in the Check-Out page.

As we try our best to keep the 'Estimated Date of Arrival' as accurate, do note that there might be times where we face a slight delay to the arrival date of backorder goods in rare circumstances, hence we recommend every customer to only place their interest & order only when he/she is comfortable.

For international customers, we will hold onto your parcel until the stock for Backorder product has arrived, due to high postage cost that we would like to keep low on your side! Once all your items are ready for delivery, we will ship your parcel within the next 24 hours.

24 hours Express Delivery - SGD$8.00 Flat Fee

SUPERGURL currently offers an express delivery to be sent within the next 24 hours only upon special request.

In this case, all customers have to receive an "Order- Shipped" confirmation e-mail first before delivery.

Express mails usually arrive between 5pm to 8pm. 
Express mails will not be mailed out for orders and payment made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
